Sankofa (pronounced SAHN-koh-fah) is an African word often associated with an African proverb that translates to “It is not wrong to go back for that which you have forgotten.” Join the Multicultural Center as we reflect upon and illuminate UA Little Rock's Black history during Black History Month!
