Marcus Hill, a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, is a real estate appraisal expert who’s almost 20 year portfolio spans from real estate appraisal, property management, loan origination to real estate investments. His career in the real estate industry began by happenstance at the age of 24 when he was introduced to the appraisal industry. Three years later, Hill would launch his own real estate appraisal firm, being one of the youngest African American in the South to work in the industry.
